I liked very friendly employees!
This hotel was pleasant, with excellent service and reasonable location to bars & restaurants. The room was good-sized and cheap, featured central heating, a work desk, and a TV set. My stay here was good.

Excellent service, handy and good position to bus stops to the center. Pleasant and amazingly nice staff and management. Well heated and cheap room and bathroom with a bathtub.

The reason I choose this hotel was reasonable price, free wifi and car parking and nice picture on the hotel.com
Hotel building is rather shabby, wifi was working only in the hall, there is no tea/coffee/cafe in the hotel/room

Located in a comfy building 🏨 with a great spot near the local metro🚇, this place is super convenient. It's also close to bus stops that can take you to the city center and lots of restaurants.

The hotel was in Lasarte, so I was able to get away from the hustle of tourists in San Sebastian. Also, the bus system was very good to get to ss to and from.
The hotel is a bit dated and in need of repair.

stayed at a charming hotel in Lasarte Oria, exceeded expectations with clean rooms, comfortable beds, and friendly staff. Great location for visiting San Sebastian without the hassle of driving. Lovely bar downstairs and helpful receptionist. Will definitely return for the annual festival in June.
Dated bathroom with rusty odor.

Very helpful girl on reception provided hairdryer and soap as the room had been provided only with shower gel. Easy access to San Sebastian by bus.
Free wifi did not work in our room, just the corridor nearer the lift and in reception.
